Intellectual property and permissions

Photographs and videos created by Giada Baldi are protected by Italian and European copyright law, including Italian Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941. Third-party content, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Viewing this site grants no reuse licence. Reproduction, modification or use requires the rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by law. For licensing, questions about an image or removal requests, write to contact@giadabaldi.com.

Hosting and external links

Cloudflare provides hosting, site distribution, technical protection and delivery of contact form messages. Links to social networks and other websites open external services governed by their own rules. Giada does not control their availability or practices; this statement does not limit responsibilities imposed by law.

Privacy — data and purposes

The form sends your first name, email address, selected category and message to Giada through Cloudflare. Fields marked as required are needed to submit the form; without them it cannot be sent. Please avoid sharing sensitive data or information unnecessary for your request.

These details are used to respond, prepare a quote and manage a possible assignment. Pre-contractual requests and assignments rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Other enquiries and abuse prevention rely on Giada’s legitimate interests in handling requests and protecting the site, Article 6(1)(f). Any legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Recipients and services

Giada receives messages in her existing Gmail inbox after routing through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes data needed for hosting, security and delivery; Google processes Gmail-related data under that service’s terms. The site has no message database and application code does not log message contents.

These services may process data outside the European Economic Area. Their documents describe applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses depending on the transfer. Links are provided below; you may request information about safeguards at contact@giadabaldi.com.

Retention

For enquiries that do not lead to an assignment, correspondence is retained for no more than 12 months after the last exchange and then deleted, unless justified retention is needed for a legal obligation or dispute. Earlier deletion may be requested.

If an assignment is agreed, necessary data is kept while managing it; afterwards only records needed for legal obligations or the defence of rights are archived for the applicable period. Providers’ technical data follows the periods needed for their services and security, described in their policies; the 12-month rule does not apply indiscriminately to all such data.

Your rights and complaints

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data and, where the legal conditions apply, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to contact@giadabaldi.com. Erasure may be limited by a legal obligation or the defence of rights.

Giada normally responds within one month. If the complexity or number of requests justifies an extension, she will inform you within that first month. You may complain to the Italian Garante or another competent supervisory authority, particularly where you habitually live or work.

Browser storage and spam protection

The site uses sessionStorage to remember whether the introductory animation has already played in the tab, until the session ends, to avoid repeating it.

Cloudflare Turnstile loads when you interact with the form. It processes technical information, including IP address and browser signals, to verify the request. If verification fails, you can contact Giada directly by email. Cloudflare may also process technical browsing and security data.
